1. The service

Placement consideration for a qualifying website or classified advertisement URL inside the Nexus Blaster Rotator, a rotating traffic link system that displays submitted destinations to visitors as the rotator cycles.

The service provides placement consideration and rotator exposure only. No sales, leads, buyers, conversions, income, revenue, or specific traffic quantities are promised or guaranteed, and none should be inferred from anything on this website.

2. Price and placement term

The price is $20.00 as a one-time payment. Your $20.00 covers a full 12-month placement term in the Nexus Blaster Rotator — 365 days of rotation exposure for one qualifying link, with no monthly billing, no renewal charges during the term, and no subscription attached to your payment method. There is no monthly fee, no subscription, and no recurring charge. Payment is made directly inside Cash App, Venmo, or Chime to the recipient details published on this website.

3. Payment confirmation and review

Clicking a payment button only sends you to the payment destination. Completing the submission form places your order in the payment confirmation submitted stage. Your payment is treated as verified only after Mr. Gaines confirms the payment was actually received. Submissions with a confirmation reference that cannot be matched to a received payment may not be placed.

4. Link and advertisement requirements

Submitted URLs and advertisements may be reviewed for compliance with the service requirements. Nexus Blaster Rotator reserves the right to reject any submission that does not qualify, and to remove a link that later becomes non-compliant, broken, or harmful. Submitting payment does not guarantee acceptance of a submitted URL or advertisement.

Categories that are not accepted include:

• Adult, explicit, or age-restricted material
• Illegal products, services, or content
• Hate, harassment, or violent content
• Pages containing malware, forced downloads, or deceptive redirects
• Broken, expired, or non-loading URLs
• Content that violates a third party's rights or applicable law

5. Your responsibility for your content

You are solely responsible for the destination URL and advertisement text you submit, including its accuracy, legality, and your right to promote it. You confirm that your submission complies with applicable law and with the rules of any affiliate or referral program it relates to. You are responsible for keeping your destination URL working during your term.

6. All sales final — no refunds

All sales are final. Because this service involves digital advertising and traffic placement, payments are non-refundable. By submitting payment and placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.

Submitting payment does not guarantee acceptance of a submitted URL or advertisement. Links and advertisements may be reviewed for compliance with the service requirements.

You must actively agree to this policy on the submission form before your order can be submitted. Nothing in these terms is intended to override rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

7. Service availability and changes

The rotator may be maintained, adjusted, or temporarily interrupted. We may update these terms, the price for new orders, and the service requirements at any time. The terms in force when you submit your order apply to that order.
